I have so much passion and energy for my chosen profession, I love cooking a range of different cuisines; and am never put off by new challenges. My desserts are apparently “out of this world” I hope you will agree also! This is my 4th year working within the yachting industry, and previously private villas a boutique hotel and even a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Japan. In my free time you may find me trying to kite board, enjoying scuba diving, or researching new food trends.
